1. These paintings are outcome of a national level competition on the theme “Delighting in Daughters”. Copyright of Images of the paintings shall remain with the organizers i.e. UNFPA and CMS for commercial and non-commercial purpose for spreading the social message. The resources thus generated shall be used for promoting the cause.
2. The UNFPA and CMS reserves the right to permit individuals and organizations to reproduce the painting gratis strictly for social messaging.
3. CMS reserves the right to reproduce the paintings as images in poster, greeting cards, wall papers, etc by itself or any third party on payment or otherwise mutually agreed terms and conditions.
4. For granting such permission UNFPA and CMS will not need to take permission from the owner of the original painting.
5. Individuals and/or organizations permitted by UNFPA-CMS to reproduce the painting would be requested to provide the following credit line: 'Copy of the original: Courtesy UNFPA-CMS-CMS Art for Social Change Awards’.
